REGISTRATION FEES

The following fees are applicable for the Conference:

· Participants: 400 Euro.

· Students (under formal verification): 200 Euro.

· Accompanying person: 170 Euro.

    In order to facilitate the participants who face several administration difficulties, the organizers have decided to extend the deadline for registering, up to 10 June 2012.

Please notice that any payments received after 10 June 2012 must include an additional fee of 50 euros due to late registration

Participant's and student's fee include:

· Admission to the Conference.

· Conference documents.

· Book of Abstracts.

· Conference Proceedings.

· Welcome cocktail party (on Monday 3/9/2012).

· Traditional Greek dinner (on Tuesday 4/9/2012).

· Official reception (on Thursday 6/9/2012).

· Excursion together with lunch and dinner at private restaurants during that day (on Wednesday 5/9/2012).

· Lunches from 3 September until 7 September.

· Transportation from the hotels to the Conference Site and vice versa.

· Transportation from the hotels to the sites of the social events and vice versa..

· Transportation for the excursion.

Accompanying person's fee include:

· Welcome cocktail party (on Monday 3/9/2012).

· Traditional Greek dinner (on Tuesday 4/9/2012).

· Official reception (on Thursday 6/9/2012).

· Excursion together with lunch and dinner at private restaurants during that day (on Wednesday 5/9/2012).
